"This company has continually been the best I've I had insurance for over 50 years. They have helped me on complicated property insurance, car insurance , liability insurance and all other questions. Even for claims process when I needed help which other insurance company would say? Oh we can't do that. I would highly recommend them. "I called Robert Mitchell for a quote and he was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. He was able to explain the different coverage levels in an easy to congest manner. For the first time ever I felt like I truly knew exactly what an insurance policy entailed. The attention to detail was great and he was a fantastic personality to deal with as well. "For the past 20 years, I have been dealing with the Cathy Thompson Agency for both my Auto and Homeowner Insurance needs, and their Customer Service is second to none - by far the best around! Cathy's office maintains a good size staff at all times of the day, all the members of which are highly trained professionals who are able to provide reliable answers within minutes, whether I'm inquiring via telephone or in person. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Erin, Penny, Will, Chase, Morgan, and most recently Mr Robert Mitchell - all good!
